After a point has been produced (not a crap
or a natural), anyone can start a game within a game. The
terms are the same as Pass bets, except the shooter's next
roll is considered as the come-out. If the shooter craps by
rolling a 7, the come bettor wins as though the shooter had
tossed a natural. If an 11 is rolled, the come bettor wins
as well. If the shooter rolls a 2, 3, or 12, the come bettor
loses. If the shooter produces a point, that becomes the come
bettor's point. The dealer will move the bettor's ships from
the come section to the number which is their point. The percentage
at this point is the same as pass, except you may not withdraw.
Don't come is to come as Don't Pass is to Pass.
You can lay bets at any time and withdraw after any throw
of the dice, although withdrawing is not advisable since the
odds are with you after the first throw.
